Founded in 2004 by two visionary pharmaceutical leaders in Chennai, Q-Check Pharmaceuticals has grown to touch millions of lives across India.

Two visionaries. One mission.
Mr. K. Pradhip Kumar and Mr. C. Kathiravan founded Q-Check Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in 2004 with a simple but powerful belief: quality pharmaceutical care should be accessible to every Indian, regardless of geography or economics. Under the executive direction of Dr. Madanagopal, Executive Director, the company has sharpened its clinical focus and accelerated its pan-India expansion.
Starting from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the company expanded systematically across India — building trusted relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies in every state.
Today, Q-Check operates three specialist divisions — Space, Stream, and Proxima — each serving distinct market segments while staying true to the founding ethos: compassion, care, and commitment to innovation.

Having launched in 2004, we have become a significant player especially in Cardiac and Diabetic segments. We have been growing with Quality products, Customer focus and Innovation. At QCheck, we started with one division and progressed to having 3 divisions — Space, Stream & Proxima — named on the basis of cosmic creation, "Pancha Bootha". Our company's ambitious plans for the future will be fueled by leveraging manufacturing strength, increased presence in overseas markets, and new product launches. We have always believed in business ethics that have enabled us to establish strong and enduring relationships with both our internal & external customers.

We have grown with Quality products keeping customer focus and Innovation in mind. We have ambitious plans for the future keeping three growth drivers in mind — new manufacturing facility, increased presence in overseas markets, and new innovative product launches in the domestic market. We have always believed in ethical sales; our value system has enabled us to establish a strong and enduring relationship with our customers.
